Science Week

The children from 3rd to 6th class attended a science workshop as part of science week this morning in Killeshandra Community Centre. 

Michael Moylan in conjunction with Cavan County Library held a hands-on workshop and all children enjoyed it.

Subjects like gravity,centrifugal force, sound, light, chemistry and electricity were tackled in an informative yet informal and fun way.

Cash for Clobber

Cash for Clobber

We are holding a "Cash for Clobber Clothes Collection" on Wednesday 30^th November We need men’s, women’s and children’s clothing, paired shoes, handbags, belts, bed linen, (no duvets) curtains etc… (bag provided) or ordinary black bin bags.

Please return bags at any time before the above collection date

Proceeds will go towards vegetable and wildlife garden and your support would be very much appreciated.

Every year our school takes part in the Cheerios Childline Breakfast. We raise money for a very worthwhile cause and at the same time, we have lots of fun and a healthy breakfast.
