Cumann na mBunscol Girls Blitz

4th, 5th and 6th class girls took part in Division 6 Cumann na mBunscol football blitz in Packie Devlin Park, Killeshandra on Tuesday 29th May.  

6 schools participated and all teams played 5 matches.

Scoil Bhríde girls gave a heroic display in the sweltering heat and lost by a narrow margin.

Congratulations to the girls and to their coaches, Mrs Katrina Coyne and Mr Seamus O Reilly for their ongoing hard work and commitment.

Our Summer Garden

Our school veg, fruit and herb garden is in full bloom in this glorious weather.  The children are enjoying watering and weeding the beds and are eagerly awaiting the appearance of those juicy strawberries!!

Community Games Art Finals

Congratulations to our winners who received bronze medals for Winning pictures in the Community Games Art Finals.

Education Outings

 

Educational Outing

3rd - 6th classes are going on an educational outing to Crystal Maze, Kilmainhamwood on Friday 8th June.

The bus will depart from the school at 9.00am sharp and return to the school at 4.00pm approx. If bus is ahead or behind schedule a text will be sent to parents.

Children are asked to wear comfortable clothes and runners and also bring a change of clothes and footwear. Please sen a good packed lunch and drinks.

Apply sun cream if necessary.

No mobile phones or cameras are allowed.
