It is with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to our wonderful Principal and friend, Mrs Helen Flynn. She leaves us today to begin her retirement after a 35 year career, 25 of which were served here, in Scoil Bhride. All of the staff wish you the very best for the future and thank you for everything you've done. Go raibh mile maith agat. From Ailish, Katrina, Aine, Joanne, Bridie and Siobhan xxx

Busy Bees!
Here at Scoil Bhríde, in conjunction with Killeshandra Tidy Towns Bee Pollinator Plan, we are working very hard to ensure the bees have plenty of lovely flowers around our school to collect pollen and nectar from. If you look closely at these pictures we took in our school garden on Friday 7th June you will see pollen collected on the bees' legs.
Bay Sports Educational Outing
On Tuesday 4th June 3rd-6th classes went on an exciting day trip to Bay Sports Athlone accompanied by Mrs Flynn, Mrs Fay, Mrs O Neill and Mrs Rowen.
Everyone had great fun participating in all of the water sports activities.
