The first one is Scholastic and it includes 
Day-by-day projects to keep kids reading and thinking.

The second one is Seomra Rang and it is also  posting  a Free online quiz of 20 questions each day for pupils to find the answers to. They will all be general knowledge and pupils should be capable of finding the answers online.

World Book Day Best Dressed Winners

All Pupils were invited to dress up as their favourite character from a book in conjunction with World Book Day.

Congratulations to our winners of the 'Best Dressed'.
They each received a book voucher for Easons.

School Parking

Dropping off and collecting children: 

Please park your car in the parking area provided to drop off and collect your child/children and walk them to and from the school gate.

Various safety concerns have been raised recently.

School Closure

Reminder: School closure as per School Calendar - Monday 16th and Tuesday 17th March.

P.E

P.E will be on Wednesdays until further notice. Children must wear navy tracksuit bottoms and runners on this day.

Engineers Week

Engineers week takes place from 2nd - 8th March in Ireland.

We invite all children to work on a project at home during this week. Materials such as cardboard, fabric, plastic or wood can be used (no Lego or Knex please)

We are currently working on the theme of 'Travel' for our 5th Green Flag and  we encourage the children to incorporate this into their project idea.

Prizes will be give for the best projects.

World Book Day

World Book Day is Thursday 5th March. 

To celebrate this day we are encouraging all children to dress up as their favourite character from a book. We kindly request a donation of €2 per child/€5 per family of three or more. Proceeds will go towards children's books/library for the school.
